The Brief
To carry out a large programme of safety-critical concrete repairs to a commercial office building, ensuring structural integrity and compliance within a tight client timeframe.
The Challenge
The project involved approximately 150 safety-critical concrete repairs, at height and exposed to the elements. Adverse winter weather conditions presented ongoing challenges, while the client programme required strict adherence to deadlines with no scope for overrun.
Our Solution
Our rope access team delivered the full scope of concrete repairs using Sika MonoTop®-615, enabling safe and efficient access to all affected areas without the need for extensive temporary access systems.
Careful planning, weather monitoring, and flexible programming allowed works to continue safely and effectively despite challenging winter conditions, while maintaining the required quality and compliance standards throughout.
The Result
All repairs were completed on time and to specification, despite persistent weather challenges. The building was left structurally secure and fully compliant, with the client highly satisfied with both delivery and workmanship.
